Communicating Effectively With Difficult and Challenging Personalities -
Having difficulty communicating with a co-worker? Are you asked to counsel others who are finding it challenging to communicate with fellow employees? In today's fast paced and time-stressed work environment, nearly everyone faces the task of communicating with difficult and challenging individuals. "Communicating Effectively With Difficult and Challenging Personalities" provides human resources professionals with valuable skills for coping with and for effectively communicating with a variety of challenging personalities. This presentation calls upon my having tested the communications styles of some 2,000 professionals in seven countries. Key subjects include: Factors for creating effective communications; Eight activities for improving relations with challenging personalities; and What to do and say when attempting to communicate with personalities ranging from the super aggressive, to the ego-centric, to the very passive. The presentation contains the right blend of educational instruction plus humor to make this a highly productive and enjoyable experience

2008 CFHRA Membership Dues Renewal
